LDAAT Partnership Localities
Most of the work of the LDAAT involves overseeing the operational delivery of services within three broad sub-regions which match the Primary Care Trust footprints for the East, Central and North areas of the county.
Activity is managed by dedicated Locality Commissioning Groups which work at a very local level, ensuring the help and initiatives we deliver are developed strictly in response to the needs of a particular community.
To guide innovation and new service development, the LDAAT incorporates representatives drawn from all stages of the substance misuse cycle.
Understanding the bigger picture surrounding individual cases helps develop holistic solutions which include comprehensive intervention and support packages.
