Performance Data
This section contains the LDAAT Executive Board Performance Report, the current monthly performance report showing target and actual performance data across key performance indicators for the delivery unit of the LDAAT such as;
- Problem Drug Users in Effective Treatment
- Number of Over 18’s in Effective Treatment (all drugs)
- Number of Young People in Treatment
- Drug Intervention Programme (Criminal Justice)
- Drug Rehabilitation
- Treatment Outcome Profile (compliance overview data for those who start, are in and exit treatment)
The same monthly reports are an agenda item at the quarterly County Co-ordinating Group Meetings which are attended by partners, providers and stakeholder organisations drawn from across Lancashire.

LDAAT Executive Board Performance Report
This report presents the DAAT performance to end of June 09 (where information available). DAAT targets and performance are shown in Appendix 1 (attached to this report). These are broken down into Treatment Targets, Drug Intervention Programme Key Performance Indicators, Number of Drug Rehabilitation Requirements, and TOPs Compliance.
Performance Summary 2008-09
Performance against LDAAT'™s main target, the numbers of Problematic Drug Users (PDUs '" i.e. those listing crack and/or opiates as their main, second or third drug of use) in effective treatment (NI 40), has now been published for the full year 2008/09 and LDAAT are pleased to confirm that the 3,884 target was achieved successfully.
