Adult Needs Assessment
This document represents an ongoing process of evaluation of the substance misuse related need in the Lancashire.
The Needs Assessment is a vital component of the commissioning cycle and framework, designed to highlight gaps, inform development initiatives to meet those gaps and ensure current services are performance managed effectively and are flexible enough to evolve in line with need.
In addition it enables LDAAT to benchmark how it is meeting its strategic objectives and to share best practice across the partnership.

Young Persons Needs Assessment
This document details the process the LDAAT undertakes to successfully re-commission and develop a needs led service model which meets the needs of those young people requiring the support of the treatment services in Lancashire.
This Young Persons Needs Assessment meets the National Treatment Agency’s requirement to systematically examine what the needs and harms are within different groups and make evidence based ethical decisions on how need might be most effectively met within available resources.
